Please be advised that we strongly recommend using our courier service if the country of destination is not the United Kingdom. That's because you won't be able to track your order using the university's standard service, and it can take up to three weeks for delivery. Additionally, we've also noticed that a high number of standard orders tend to get lost in the post.

We can only send out transcripts once a week on Fridays. Please place orders by 9 am on Thursday to be processed for that week.

Please note that courier deliveries can take around 3-5 days for international deliveries and standard deliveries can take around 3-4 weeks for international deliveries. 

Please note that transcripts are only sent via the mail and official copies of transcripts cannot be sent electronically. If you would like an unofficial transcript copy, you can download one yourself from your RIO Student Portal if you have access to your student login. If this is not the case or you require an official copy, you will need to order an official transcript.
