We can only send out transcripts once a week on Wednesdays. Please place orders by 9 am on Tuesday to be processed for that week.

Please note that courier deliveries can take around 3-5 days for international deliveries and standard deliveries can take around 3-4 weeks for international deliveries. You should only select the upgrade option if you have already ordered a standard order and wish to upgrade it to be sent by courier. 

Please note that transcripts are only sent via the mail and official copies of transcripts cannot be sent electronically. If you would like an unofficial transcript copy, you can download one yourself from self-service if you graduated two years ago or less. If this is not the case or you require an official copy, you will need to order an official transcript.
