- Cancellation and Refund Policy
A full refund will be given only if the course is cancelled by London Sejong Institute.
If a student withdraws from the course, they must notify us in writing (by email) at least 5 working days before the start of the course to receive a full refund.
If cancellation is made within 5 working days of the course start date but before the course begins, a 50% refund will be issued.
No refunds will be provided once the course has started, regardless of attendance or reason for withdrawal.
