Breaking Barriers 2026: Reimagining Inclusion and Innovation in Sport is an international conference focused on Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in sport, physical activity, and related contexts. Taking place on 12 June 2026 at the Weetwood Hall Estate in Leeds, the conference brings together academics, students, and practitioners to critically examine inequality in sport and to explore innovative, inclusive approaches to research, policy, and practice.
The conference will feature keynote speakers, oral presentations, and a dedicated student poster session, providing opportunities for knowledge exchange, dialogue, and networking across disciplines.

Refreshments and lunch are included in the registration fee.
